Cruise America allows it, and a late flight is yours. After a flight from Brazil, a night in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, or Reno is the kinder plan. Call the center a few days ahead.

The 2022 census dispatch put Brazil on the list of countries people came from. The rental is still a US counter. A CNH is not an English licence, and the flight is long enough to make a same-day pickup a poor idea.

We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for.

Travellers Autobarn's US terms want an IDP or an accredited English translation when the licence is not in English. El Monte's FAQ wants a translation in that case. Cruise America wants the physical licence and a passport, and refuses a digital licence. In Brazil the international permit is the one the state DETRAN issues. Confirm the current form on their page before you fly. We are not that office. Bring the original CNH as well.

São Paulo and Rio flights reach the US west through a hub, often landing first in Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Las Vegas. Reno is another hop. Cruise America allows a same-day pickup and will not hold the rig for a late aircraft. A night in the city of the counter is the kinder plan. A drop at a different airport is a one-way. Their 2026 notes list $750 to or from Reno.

A motorhome is the tanks and the generator. There are no hookups. A campervan is the smaller drive and often has no toilet. Split one contract among the people sleeping in it. The vehicle pass is on the city's ticketing page. The fleets that forbid the event are not a workaround.

Park the rig at camp. The bike is bought or rented in Reno, Sparks, Nixon, or Gerlach, not in the airport you cleared customs in. Lights, a lock, and a flag are still yours.
