Questions

Does this calculator include a rental price?

No. You type the rental, the fees, the fuel, and anything else you were actually charged. A blank line is left out. We do not keep a sample price in the form.

Should the deposit be split?

Only as money the company is holding, unless you already know it is not coming back. Check that box and it joins the shared costs. Otherwise it stays beside the split.

Is the vehicle pass part of the RV rental?

No. The city sells the pass. The rental company does not. If your camp is splitting the pass, type the amount from the current ticketing page on its own line.
