Every row is a sentence from that company's page, or from the terms that forbid the trip. There is no score, and there is no price we made up. Dollar figures live on the rental guide, next to the page that printed them.
We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for. We do not book the rental.
El Monte RV
Motorhome
Allowed. Their guide says so. Travel Extras is the down payment and the cleaning fee, and the two pages do not match on whether that fee is optional.
They publish a Burning Man page. The 2026 client notes raise the deposit for five states in late August. The FAQ says special-event deposits can go up.

A row that says "not allowed" is a terms page on purpose. Booking one of those for the Black Rock Desert can void the contract even when an owner sounds willing. The longer reading is renting an RV for Burning Man.

The fleets that publish a yes.
These open the company page for a fleet that publishes a Burning Man rule. Your price does not change. We are not affiliated with Burning Man Project. How the links work.
El Monte, Road Bear, Cruise America, Escape, Travellers Autobarn, Indie Campers, and roadsurfer publish a rule that allows the trip, with a fee or a condition on their own page. RVshare allows it only when that owner has said so. The table links the page.
Which companies forbid it?
Outdoorsy, RVezy, Fraserway, and Moterra forbid the trip on their terms. Turo bars unimproved roads. Jucy has no US depot. Those rows link the terms or the locations page, not a booking form.
Why are there no star ratings?
We have not run a scored survey, and we do not publish a rating we did not measure. The column is what the company wrote. The fee on their page is the fee. A contract can still disagree with the blog, which is why El Monte's two pages are both linked from the rental guide.
