Ticket season
How ticket season usually works.
Burning Man Project sells the tickets. We don't. This page is the shape of the sales they publish, so a first year knows which page to open. The date of the next sale is not something we keep.
We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. We do not sell tickets, and a camp cannot buy a package of ticket, RV, and meals from us either.
Check burningman.org. When we wrote this, their ticketing page said 2026 sales had closed and to watch that same page for 2027. That sentence can go stale. Their page is the sale.
Main Sale
The Main Sale is the public sale most people mean. Their ticketing page describes a registration step before the purchase, a cap on how many tickets one order can hold, and more than one price tier. Registering is not a ticket. The tiers and the window move. Read the ticketing page for the year you are going. Check burningman.org before you take a day off to sit on a button.
Ticket Aid, the limited-income program
The low-income path they publish is the Ticket Aid program: an application, not a first-come button, for participants on a limited income. Awards, if they make them, are handled on their site. We do not forward the form and we do not quote the price. The program page is Ticket Aid.
OMG sale
The OMG sale is the later public sale on the same ticketing page. Their description says it is open to everyone and that it is the last chance in that year's sequence. It is still their sale. Dates, delivery methods, and prices stay on burningman.org. Check burningman.org. We are not going to reprint a closed window as if it were next year's.
Vehicle passes
A vehicle pass is not a ticket. Their help pages say a pass is how a vehicle gets in, that you generally buy it with a ticket, and that there is a limit on how many passes one purchase can include. What counts as a vehicle, and whether your car or your RV needs one, is on what a vehicle pass is and how to buy one. We do not sell the pass.
Burner Express
Burner Express is the bus, not a ticket to the event. Their page covers the Reno and San Francisco departures, baggage, and bikes. A bus seat does not replace an event ticket. Read Burner Express. Schedules and fares stay there. Check burningman.org.
Other events have their own tickets. The regionals hub points at those sites. The week, once you have a ticket, is the packing list.

Leave an email. This is the same list we use for the packing checklist. We'll write when we send that list. The sale dates stay on burningman.org. We don't sell tickets.
Each card opens the shop. Amazon links are affiliate links. Your price does not change. How the links work.
