- Can I order Burning Man gear from home and have it waiting in Reno?
- Yes. Order on Amazon.com, through the links on this page, and ship it to a locker, a Hub counter, or your hotel in Reno. The box ships inside the United States. It does not ride in the suitcase, and it does not ship from your country unless that listing says so.
- What if I can't pick the package up right away?
- Plan on a few days. Amazon's pickup page says a locker holds a package for three days and a staffed counter for seven, and it also says the window varies by location. Read the confirmation email, and read Amazon's locker help for the current window. If you will land more than a few days after the delivery, ship to the hotel or Airbnb and confirm they will hold it until check-in.
- How early should I order for a Reno pickup?
- Two to four weeks before you fly, aimed at a delivery one or two days before you land. We don't have your flight date, so we don't print a calendar day. The week before the event is the busy week for lockers. Order before that week.
- Will an Amazon locker in Reno take a shade structure?
- Lockers have a size limit, and Amazon's eligibility page is that rule. If checkout will not offer a locker, the item does not fit one. Send a shade structure, a stack of jugs, or a long cot to the hotel, or hold it at FedEx or UPS. A bike is a Reno rental or purchase, not a line in this box.
- Can I pick the delivery date?
- Some Amazon items let you choose a delivery date at checkout. Not all of them do. If the date is not offered, time the order so the usual delivery lands a day or two before you do.
- Are you affiliated with Burning Man, and are these affiliate links?
- No, we are not affiliated with Burning Man Project. Amazon links on this page are affiliate links. Your price does not change. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank's foreign transaction fee is yours to check. We don't know it, and we don't call a price the lowest.
