A night in Reno, before and after.

Most of us want one night before the drive in, and one night after exodus, when the car is full of dust and nobody should be aiming at an airport. Reno is the town for that.

We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for.

What we actually ask the desk

Will they hold a shipped box, and until which day. Will they let a dusty car sit overnight without a surprise on the bill. What time checkout is on the morning you leave for the playa, and again on the morning you fly. Early exodus and a late checkout are not the same favor.

We do not publish a cleaning fee, a parking fee, or a room rate. Those numbers live on the booking you are about to make. Read them there.

The gear that should be waiting is on ship gear to Reno. Order from home. A locker or a Hub counter is the plan when the hotel will not hold a package.
