Las Vegas is a published pickup for more than one fleet, and it is a long drive north. Cruise America's own Burning Man page calls it eight hours.
We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for. We do not book the rental.
Cruise America, El Monte, Road Bear, Travellers Autobarn, Indie Campers, and roadsurfer all name Las Vegas on a page of their own. Nevada departures in Cruise America's late-August window take the higher deposit on the 2026 client notes.
A Vegas pickup that returns somewhere else is a one-way. If Reno is the other end, their notes list $750 to or from Reno. Confirm the route on the reservation. Do not invent a drop the contract does not allow.
EDC Las Vegas is a different event, with its own RV camping rules. If the rig is for that weekend instead, read the festival page. A Burning Man fee does not apply to a different desert just because both are in Nevada.
