RV rental from Phoenix for Burning Man.
Phoenix is Cruise America's headquarters town. Their Mesa page is a real counter. Arizona is not in the five-state late-August deposit window.
We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for. We do not book the rental.
The center they list is 11 West Hampton Ave, Mesa, AZ 85210. Their page says it is about 15 to 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor. That timing is theirs.
A Burning Man week from Phoenix is a long round trip or a one-way. Their 2026 notes price a one-way to or from Reno at $750, inside the $350 to $1,000 range, and they charge $3,000 for an unauthorized one-way. We have not found a Travellers Autobarn or El Monte Burning Man page that names Phoenix.
The decision around the counter, the tanks, and the companies that forbid the trip is renting an RV for Burning Man. Fees that are not repeated here are on the rental guide and in the comparison. Dumping is the pump-out note, the generator is its own page, and flying in is the licence note.
Counters their own pages name.

Questions
- Does the Burning Man deposit jump if I leave from Phoenix?
- Not on the five-state list in the 2026 client notes. Arizona is not on it. The notes still require a credit card and the ordinary refundable deposit, and a special-event cancellation inside 45 days can forfeit the down payment. Read the reservation.
