RV rental from Denver for Burning Man.
Denver has a Cruise America center. It is not inside the five-state deposit window on their 2026 notes. The drive to the playa is still a one-way question if you do not want to drive the rig home.
We are an independent outfitter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Burning Man Project. The event name is used so you know which week this is for. We do not book the rental.
Their Denver page lists 4180 Busch Place, Frederick, CO 80504. Colorado is not California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, or Utah, so the $1,000 late-August deposit on those notes does not name a Denver departure. Do not add it. Do not assume the ordinary $500 deposit is waived either. The notes still require a credit card and a refundable deposit at departure.
We have not found an El Monte, Road Bear, or Travellers Autobarn Burning Man page that names Denver. If the plan is to drop the rig in Reno and fly home, that is a Cruise America one-way only when they book it that way. Reno is on their $750 one-way line.
The decision around the counter, the tanks, and the companies that forbid the trip is renting an RV for Burning Man. Fees that are not repeated here are on the rental guide and in the comparison. Dumping is the pump-out note, the generator is its own page, and flying in is the licence note.
Counters their own pages name.

Questions
- Is Denver close enough to drive a round trip?
- We are not publishing a drive time we did not read on a company page. The practical question is whether you want the rig at both ends. If you do not, book the one-way they actually offer, and read the fee on the notes.
