Why it's on the list
Water is still the plan, counted in gallons. A mix is how the water keeps up with a long night of sweating. Dance Fuel is Soft Landings' electrolyte sachets. We've used them, and we like them. Mix one sachet with water. Their US price was $39.99 when we checked the shop.
How we use it
The gallons still come first. A sachet does not replace a jug. Mix it in a bottle with a lid, and follow the label for how much water. If you are pregnant or on medication, read the packet and ask a professional before you use a supplement drink.
Heads up
This is a drink, not a treatment. Their own page uses wording we will not repeat here. Read the label. They ship from Australia, so order with the 5 to 10 business days in mind.
