Worth packing
A bottle with a whisk, so the powder actually mixes.
A meal packet in a regular bottle is a lump. A shaker with a wire ball or a grid turns it into something you will finish. Mark it. Rinse it. A bottle of yesterday's shake in the sun is a science project.
Wide mouth, a lid that seals, and a whisk you can take out and rinse. Keep it in the day bag with one packet. Dust in the threads is how the lid stops closing.
