A brim that stays on when you are on the bike.
A hat without a strap is a gift to the wind. The one people are glad they had is wide enough to shade the face and tied under the chin so a ride does not bare their head at noon. It is sun gear. The goggles still seal the eyes.
Choose a dust color and a strap you can actually knot. A costume hat with no hold is gone by the first open playa. Shake it out before it goes in the car.
